Organizational Action Plan

Cowlitz 2 Fire & Rescue uses a document called the Organizational Action Plan to provide a framework for our goals and objectives. This plan is consistent with our long range planning process, and utilizes the National Incident Management System (NIMS) as the tool to organize the activities and provide a common structure to ensure completion of our organization’s mission objectives.
